Volleyball Training Clinics

The Individual Volleyball Training Clinics are for 5th-11th grade players from beginner to advanced skill levels. These clinics will focus primarily on individual skills. Training will be led by the Rollins Volleyball coaching staff and players and customized to each athlete’s age and skill level in order to provide the most optimal learning and competitive experience. These clinics are designed to help each camper take her game to the next level.

Serving Clinic: Mon, April 15 (5th-6th from 6-7pm, 7th-11th from 7-8pm)

Hitting Clinic: Wed, April 17 (5th-6th from 6-7pm, 7th-11th from 7-8pm)

Session 1: April 21, 23, 25 (5th-6th from 6-7pm, 7th-11th from 7-8pm)

Session 2: April 28, 30, May 1 (5th-10th from 7-8pm)


Cost:

Serving or Hitting Clinic: $39 per session

Session 1 or 2: $149 per session

All Sessions (8 dates): $299 (save $80)


Individual Skills Day Camp

July 15-18, 2024 (All Skill Levels - Beginner to Advanced)

The Individual Skills Camp is for middle school and high school-aged players of all skill levels. This camp will focus primarily on individual skills but team concepts will also be covered. Campers will be grouped according to age and skill in order to provide the most optimal learning and competitive experience. Sessions will be designed to help each camper take her game to the next level. Each day will culminate in tournament play, so there will be ample opportunity for campers to apply what they learn.

Cost:

Half Day: $305 (8AM-12PM each day – no meals included)

Full Day: $390 (8AM-5PM each day – lunches included)


Elite College Prep Day Camp

July 19-21, 2024(Varsity level players)

The Elite College Prep Camp is for players who are already advanced in the basic skills of volleyball, and are actively pursuing playing at the college level. Specific positional training combined with advanced skill development will be the focus of this high-intensity camp. Training sessions will expose players to the intensity and work ethic necessary to play at the next level. This camp will allow campers to get a real sense of what it would be like to play at the collegiate level.

Cost:

Commuter: $390 (includes lunches and dinners)

Overnight: $430 (includes all meals and dorm)


Team Camp

July 19-21, 2024 (Varsity and JV level teams)

The Team Camp will provide a combination of skills training, team concepts, and team building. Your experience will be personalized to the needs of your team, ensuring that your experience will propel your team to the next level. Both Varsity and JV teams welcome. Each team must have a minimum of 10 campers registered for one coach to attend for free. Additional coaches (or coaches with fewer than 10 players) may purchase housing and meals for $120.

Cost:

Commuters:$270 (includes lunches and dinners)

Overnight: $330 (includes all meals and dorm)


Positional Day Camps

July 22-24, 2024 (Rising 9th-12th graders)

Each day will focus exclusively on position specific skills. Skills will be taught specific to each position. each day is a separate camp. Purchase all three for a discounted price.

Cost:

Commuters: $130 per day or $325 for all three (9AM-5PM each day – lunches included)

July 22 - Ball Control, Floor Defense, and Serving

July 23 - Attacking and Blocking

July 24 - Setting

CAMP DIRECTOR -

Coach Mika Robinson

Robinson was named the ninth head coach in Rollins program history on February 3, 2016. In her eight seasons as the Tars head coach, she has coached 8 All Conference, 4 All Region, 2 All-Americans, 97 SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recipients, and three Rollins Valedictorians. The Rollins team has been awarded the AVCA Team Academic Award every year since her arrival, and they have even been named to the Top 25 Academically in NCAA DII.

Prior to Rollins, she spent eight seasons as head volleyball coach at Berry College where she led her teams to three conference championships and a pair of NCAA tournament berths as well as a number of individual honors including Player of the Year, Libero of the Year, and multiple All-Conference, All-Region, and All-American selections. Previously, she was the Associate Head Coach at DI Idaho State University. An experienced camp coach, Robinson has worked a variety of NCAA Division I, II, and III camps over the past 18 years. As a collegiate player, she played at Division I Harvard University.

Note: Space in Rollins Summer Sports Camps is limited. Register today to ensure your spot! Full refunds of fees are available prior to June 1 or in the event of Rollins Volleyball having to cancel camp prior to the start of camp. After June 1, refunds or camp credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis due to the amount of planning, preparation, and expense needed to assign the proper camp staff and secure facilities.
